Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Return Conditions
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or misuse may be refused or only partially refunded.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products manufactured according to customer specifications.
- Any other goods excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
