1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Caos Wrld online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Offers and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The purchase contract is concluded once the order has been confirmed or accepted by Caos Wrld.

All prices displayed in the online store are stated in the respective currency shown. Shipping costs and any additional charges, where applicable, will be displayed before the order is completed.

After reviewing the case, Caos Wrld will determine, at its sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, or refund will be provided.
Products that do not meet the customer’s expectations regarding size, fit, or personal preference are not eligible for return or exchange.
Where mandatory laws of the customer’s country provide otherwise, such laws shall take precedence.
